Our Why Cubed leadership coaching offering runs over 6-8 sessions:

  • An initial self-assessment and debrief will highlight leadership strengths and weaknesses as well as areas that can be improved on.
  • These results will be compared with anonymous 360° feedback from peers, direct reports and customers to reveal any blind spots that may not have been identified in the self-assessment.
  • The bulk of the sessions will focus on addressing key weakness and pain-points and enhancing leadership capability.Sessions can be delivered face-to-face or online.
